Rosie Tannehill, one of the many recruitable NPCs, gives a dialog option, after asking her about her interests, that is something along the lines of "I am not familiar with the clinic." Doesn't matter that I've been to the clinic at least a dozen times, on various missions, and know it well. There are actually a LOT of NPCs with this particular dialog issue about the Clinic.
